About Better Systems

I'm Seth, founder of Better Systems. Before starting this, I spent years running sales and marketing programs at growing companies, and the same problem kept showing up: teams were working hard but losing deals to slow follow-up, disconnected tools, and processes that depended on one person remembering to do something.

The fix wasn't more headcount. It was better systems. I started Better Systems to build exactly that: the capture, follow-up, booking, and reporting infrastructure that most growing teams need but never had time to set up properly.
